Jen Paluska, LMHCA, MS, SD

Jen Paluska works with partners affected by a loved one’s sex addiction, pornography use, or infidelity, with individuals struggling with sex addiction, and with those whose family systems have been shaped by addiction. Trained through both APSATS and IITAP, she brings specialized expertise in partner betrayal trauma and sex addiction treatment. She has been part of recovery communities since she was seventeen and understands firsthand the importance of a therapist who knows this ground from the inside. Jen creates a safe, trauma-informed space where healing becomes possible. Her approach is integrative and somatic, paced to what each person’s nervous system can hold. Her work is grounded in the belief that what partners experience is a legitimate trauma response, and that healing is possible.
